Pricing · Rapid City

What a site costs in Rapid City.

Nothing down. $199 a month for six months, and then the site is yours. Every number on this page is printed with its status word, and the monthly is the one still marked HYPOTHESIS — it settles when the first deposits are in.

The price, in one place

Prairie Mark builds a certified, AI-ready website for a Rapid City shop with nothing down: $199 a month for six months covers the build, the hosting and two changes a month, and the site is yours at month six — or $1,200 once and it is yours the first day.

The price, in one place Prairie Mark builds a certified, AI-ready website for a Rapid City shop with nothing down: $199 a month for six months covers the build, the hosting and two changes a month, and the site is yours at month six — or $1,200 once and it is yours the first day. The build lists at $2,500 and four good-faith credits take $1,300 off at signing; the $199 point is marked HYPOTHESIS until the deposit test settles it, and month seven is a care tier at $20, $59 or $99 a month, reducible, or the zip to any agency.
Two roads

Two ways to pay for one site.

Same site either way. Pick the road that fits how you like to pay.

  • The monthly

    $0 down · $199 × 6

    HYPOTHESIS until the deposit test

    • Nothing down — the site goes up before a dollar changes hands.
    • One bill a month for six months: the build, the hosting, two changes a month, and the person who built it picking up.
    • At month six the site is yours.
  • The one payment

    $1,200

    RULED

    • Pay it once and the site is yours the first day.
    • After that the only bill is hosting.
The arithmetic, line by line The build lists at $2,500. Four good-faith credits take $1,300 off at signing. $1,200 is the net build — the same number as the one payment. Six bills pay it: the $199 point is the founder's figure, an even two hundred in the ledger's own arithmetic, and it stays marked HYPOTHESIS until the deposit test. Ownership: month six on the monthly, the first day on the one payment.
What it covers

What the monthly covers.

  • The hosting.
  • Two changes a month, by my hand.
  • The person who built it picking up when you call.
  • Your own AI on the site's posts — as often as you like, inside the post types I approve for your shop.
What counts as a change, and what does not
An edit
— one change to one page I already built: words; a price, an hour, an address; a photo you send me put in place of one; a service added to a list or taken off it; a town added to the service area; a field on a form; one email blast to your list. Counts against the two.
A fix
— my mistake, and any re-inspection my own change makes necessary. Never counts, costs nothing.
The kit's road
— your own AI changing content inside the post types I approve for your shop before the first handoff. Never counts, no limit.
Quoted work
— a new page, a section laid out again or the look changed, a new thing the site has to do, a new service line with its own page, new photos or writing past a swap. Not an edit; I quote it before it starts.
No banking — a change you skip does not roll into next month. Past two in a month: $50 each bought ahead in fives, so $250 a block, or $75 as you go, itemized.
After the term

What happens at month seven.

The site is already yours. Keep me on at a tier, dial it down any time, or take the zip and go.

  • Hosted

    $20 a month

Hosting, and every change I make re-inspected, so the site stays certified.

  • Edits

    $59 a month

Three changes a month, turned in hours, and your business facts kept current with Google and the AI answer engines.

  • Same-day

    $99 a month

Ten changes a month, same day — new towns, price changes, seasonal work, email blasts.

RULED · reducible any time

What each tier includes Hosted, $20 — hosting; every change I make re-inspected, so the site stays certified; unspent build changes bank; the mailing list stays live; a take-it-anywhere copy on request. Edits, $59 — three change requests a month, turned in hours; your business facts kept current with Google and the AI answer engines; an email blast counts as one. Same-day, $99 — ten requests a month, same day: new towns, price changes, seasonal work, email blasts. Any tier comes down on request, and requests do not bank from month to month. Your domain is registered in your name at cost, no markup, on every tier and on none.
If you leave

What if I leave before month six?

Pay what is left, take the zip. Nothing gets switched off in between, and nothing is held back.

The exit arithmetic The balance at any month: six bills of $199, less the ones you have already paid — a number on your statement before you decide, never a penalty read to you afterward. What the zip contains: the whole site, working — the theme, the words, the pictures, a tested import, and the instruction files your own AI uses. During the term nothing is switched off and nothing is held back; the site keeps running while you decide.
The founding credits

Why the floor is what it is.

The build lists at $2,500. Four good-faith credits take $1,300 off at signing, and $1,200 is what is left — that is the floor, and the six months pay it.

  • A review

    $300

A Google review, once you are happy with the site.

  • A story

    $500

    A before-and-after story I can publish.

  • Portfolio rights

    $200

The site and the job photos, shown as my work.

  • Two introductions

    $300

Two warm introductions to other shops in town.

RULED · the founding consideration

When the founding window closes the credits stop reaching the floor, and the list price is the price. You see where it goes before you sign.

Each credit, and what it asks of you $300 — a Google review, once you are happy with the site. Asks: a few plain sentences, in your own words. $500 — a before-and-after story I can publish. Asks: your permission and half an hour of your time. $200 — portfolio rights. Asks: the site and the job photos shown as my work, with your name on them. $300 — two introductions. Asks: two shop owners you would send my way, and a word to each. The escalator, in words: when the founding window closes the credits withdraw and the list price is the price. The credits are how a new shop earns proof it has not got yet — I pay for the first stories in price instead of pretending they exist.
The rung aboveAdd it when you're ready

There is a rung above the site: an AI that picks up the phone and books the work, and a rung above that. Neither carries a figure on this page yet.

HYPOTHESIS until the deposit test — the number prints here when it settles.

The assessment

Where does AI fit my shop?

The free read comes first. It tells you what an AI says about your shop; the assessment tells you where AI fits your shop.

  • The assessment

    $750 once

RULED · after the free read

    • About two hours: I read how your shop does its work and find the five to seven biggest leaks of time or money.
    • Each leak comes back with the tool or fix that closes it, written up as a plan on one page you keep.
    • Credited in full toward any build that follows.
The two hours, the plan, the credit The two hours: I sit with you, read how the shop gets its work done, and find the five to seven places where time or money leaks out. The plan that comes back: one page, each leak with the tool or fix that closes it, in the order I would do them — the first one is usually something you can do yourself. The credit, in words: the $750 is credited in full toward any build that follows, so on a build that follows the assessment has already been paid.
