Dustin. Rapid City. One person, start to finish.
Dustin
Owner, and the one who does the work
Rapid City, SD
I'm Dustin. I live here. I take the call, I write the words with you, I build the thing, and I am the one who picks up afterward — the name on the invoice and the name doing the building are the same.
Prairie Mark is one person: Dustin, the owner, in Rapid City, SD — the one who takes the call, writes the words with the shop, builds the certified site and picks up afterward, for local businesses in Rapid City, Pennington County and the Black Hills.
How I got here.
What one person means for you.
- No briefing layer. The person you tell about your shop is the person who builds the site, so nothing you say gets handed down a chain and thinned on the way.
- No account layer. When you call, the one who picks up is the one who built it; there is nobody between you and the work, and nobody to explain it to twice.
- The one-person ceiling. I build a handful of sites at a time and no more, so the one I am building gets the hours it needs and yours is never the one that waits.
- The direct line. Write to the email at the bottom of this page and I am the one who reads it — no inbox queue, no ticket number, and the call back comes from me.
Where I work.
Rapid City, Pennington County, and the Black Hills. I work where I can drive to the shop, and the towns are listed on their own page.
What I will not do.
- Sell you the AI without a certified site under it. The answering AI learns your shop from the site's record, so with no site there is nothing for it to learn from, and I do not sell it alone.
- Print a figure anywhere but the pricing page. Every number is on that one page with its status beside it, so nothing said to you on a call can drift from what is printed.
- Claim what I have not measured. A speed, a build time, a score — each prints when an instrument reads it out, and reads as unmeasured until then.
- Promise you a live demo before I have run one myself. Anything I offer to put on your site runs on mine first, and until it does I do not describe it as working.
