Add it when you're ready

For Prairie Marksite owners.

Once your Prairie Mark site is up and certified, there are three rungs above it: the answering — the phone picked up, the call you missed texted back, the job put on the calendar — then the follow-through — the estimate out the same day, the quiet quote chased, the review answered in your voice — and past that, your own box, the site and the answering on hardware you own. All three learn your shop from the site, and all three wait until it is ready.

No site, no AI. The rung runs on your Prairie Mark site, or it does not run.

The first door if the site is still ahead of you; the second if it is already up.

What comes after the site, in one place

Prairie Mark sells three things after the certified site, to certified-site clients in Rapid City, Pennington County and the Black Hills: the answering — the phone picked up, the missed call texted back, the job put on the calendar — the follow-through — the estimate out the same day, the quiet quote chased, the review answered in your voice — and your own box, the site and the answering on hardware you own.

What comes after the site, in one place Prairie Mark sells three things after the certified site, to certified-site clients in Rapid City, Pennington County and the Black Hills: the answering — the phone picked up, the missed call texted back, the job put on the calendar — the follow-through — the estimate out the same day, the quiet quote chased, the review answered in your voice — and your own box, the site and the answering on hardware you own. None is sold without the site, because your Prairie Mark site is where the AI learns your shop; each rung ships only after its own readiness inspection, and the figures, when they are ruled, print on the pricing page and nowhere else.
The three rungs

What comes after the site.

  • The answering

An AI that picks up your phone, texts back the call you missed, and follows the job through to the booking — run from your Prairie Mark site, in your shop's name.

  • The follow-through

The same AI, after the call: the estimate out the same day, the quote that went quiet chased, the customer told what to expect so they show up, the review answered in your voice — from the first inquiry to the signed quote, run from your Prairie Mark site, in your shop's name.

  • Your own box

The site and the answering moved onto hardware you own — your shop's record, in your shop, on a box that is yours.

Nobody is on any of the three rungs yet, and I will not say otherwise. When I run it myself, you will hear it here.

What each rung is The answering, what it does: picks up when you cannot, texts the caller back, takes the details, and puts the job on your calendar. The answering, what it needs from the site: your Prairie Mark site's record — hours, services, towns, what you do and what you will not do — confirmed by you and kept current; that is what it answers from. The answering, what you keep: every call, text and booking is yours, in your name; the answering speaks as your shop and never as mine. The follow-through, what it does: sends the estimate the same day, chases the quote that went quiet, tells the customer what to expect so they show up, and answers your reviews in your own voice — from the first inquiry to the signed quote. The follow-through, what it needs from the site: the same record the answering runs on, plus the calendar and the quotes your shop already keeps — your Prairie Mark site is where it reads what a job costs and when you are free. The follow-through, what you keep: every message, estimate and quote is yours, in your shop's name; the thread with a customer stays your thread, never mine. Your own box, what it does: runs the site, the answering and the follow-through from hardware in your shop, so the record and the calls never leave the building; an AI employee on retainer, working from your Prairie Mark site's record, keeps the box running month to month. Your own box, what it needs from the site: a site that has been certified and an answering that has run on it — the summit runs on what the rungs below it banked. Your own box, what you keep: the box, the site, the answering and every byte on it — mine to set up, yours to own.
Why the site first

Why the site comes first.

The site is where the AI learns your shop: your hours, your services, your towns, the way you answer a call — written down once on your Prairie Mark site and confirmed by you. The months the site is up before the rung goes on are not a wait; they are the record filling in, and the record is what the answering runs on. So the rung ships when its own inspection passes, and not before.

The readiness standard — what the inspection reads before the rung goes on The context: the shop's record is written down on your Prairie Mark site — hours, services, towns, what you do and what you will not do — and confirmed by you. The certified site: the site passed its own inspection first, so the answering learns from a page that is right. Signal banked: real calls, forms and searches have landed on the site long enough to show what people actually ask for. Tested on real calls: the answering is run against your shop's real calls, with me listening, before it takes one alone. Your approval: you set what it may do on its own and what it hands to you, one step at a time, in writing. Kept current: the record stays confirmed by you; a fact that goes stale holds the rung until the fix is confirmed.
Your own AI

Your own AI, on your own Prairie Mark site.

  1. The kit is a set of plain instruction files. It rides in the monthly with your Prairie Mark site and comes with the handoff.
  2. Point the AI of your choice at those files and it can write, change and take down the posts on your Prairie Mark site, as often as you like.
  3. It works inside the approved post types named for your site, and nowhere else — the certified structure stays as it was inspected.
  4. None of it counts against the two changes I make by hand each month — that road is printed on the pricing page.
What the approved types are, and what stays outside them The approved types: the kinds of post your site was built to carry — named per site, in the kit's spec, before the first handoff. Inside them: a post is yours to write, change and take down with the AI of your choice, as often as you like, on your Prairie Mark site. Outside them: the certified structure — the pages, the record fields, the layout that passed inspection — stays as it was inspected; a change there is an edit by my hand, or quoted work. Why the line is there: your certificate stays true after your own edit only because your edit cannot reach what was certified.
What I won't do

What I will not do.

Sell you the rung without the site under it.

Let's talk.

If the site is up, pick a time and I will tell you where its record stands and what the inspection still wants. If the site is still ahead of you, start there — the rung will be ready when it is.
